Adv. Beginner (Level 2)

About this event

Advanced Beginner Pole / Level 2 In Advanced Beginner you will continue to practice and perfect the basic moves taught in Intro to Pole, as well as a variety of slightly more challenging moves including basic inverts, different styles of climbing, various arm and leg grips, and more. The goal of this class is to build strength/flexibility/stamina, and learn correct form in order to safely execute inverted and aerial tricks. More advanced students are welcome to take this class to practice or brush up on level 1-2 moves. Prerequisites : At least 3-5 Intro to Pole Classes or prior pole experience Jasmine 2nd climb If you need to cancel, please make sure you do so at least 5 hours before the start of your class in order to keep your pass!
