- ➤ Warwick Public Schools superintendent Lynn Dambruch announced in a letter Monday that she would step down after four years of service. A new acting superintendent was appointed at Tuesday night's school committee meeting. WJAR
GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ The Office of the Child Advocate released a report on 30 child death and near-death cases in DCYF care—showing that substance use and poor agency communication contributed to tragic outcomes. The report, covering incidents from 2019 to 2024, recommends that DCYF issue a public report on its plans within six months and improve treatment services. The Providence Journal
