- ➤ The Rhode Island Turnpike and Bridge Authority said that night work on the Jamestown Verrazzano Bridge will begin next Sunday, with construction operating from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. on Sundays through Thursdays to ease traffic delays — westbound work is underway and will finish by fall. WJAR
