➤ Thousands will visit state beaches on Sunday afternoon for the 36th annual Governor's Bay Day when parking is free at all state beaches. Residents can also board the South County Express Beach Bus from nearby towns + fishers may use state waters without a recreational fishing license this weekend. WJAR
