- ➤ Jonathan McClurg and Luis Vertentes are cleaning Narragansett beaches to help heal from depression and alcoholism as they remove trash with their nonprofit Coastodians, having collected about 500 pounds of litter so far. They will seek more community support to fund vehicles for larger debris removal—especially as nip bottles remind them of their past struggles. The Providence Journal
