Grounding Connections with Cacao!

About this event

Cacao & Connection: A Sacred Gathering

A Heart-Centered Journey of Grounding, Gratitude & Connection

You've survived the hustle of Thanksgiving and Black Friday. Now it's time to slow down, reconnect, and give a little of that energy back to yourself.

Join us at Sacred Lotus Spa for a beautiful honoring of ceremonial cacao, guided meditation, Reiki energy healing, and meaningful connection.

Together with Cherie of Dumas Reiki & Healing, Layla of Mystic Moon Bunny, and Hope of Sacred Lotus Spa, we create an intentionally held space where you can step away from the noise of everyday life and simply be.

What to Expect:

Ceremonial Cacao - Led by Cherie, explore the cultural and spiritual significance of cacao, including its historical importance in Maya traditions, before being guided through a heart-centered cacao experience.

Guided Meditation - Settle into stillness with a meditation designed to encourage grounding, self-reflection, and connection with yourself.

Reiki & Energy Healing - As you journey through meditation, Cherie, Layla, and Hope will help hold a peaceful, supportive space while offering Reiki and intentional energy work.

Community & Connection - Share space with like-minded souls, nurture a sense of belonging, and enjoy a moment of genuine human connection.

Whether this is your first cacao ceremony or you've experienced its beauty before, you're welcome exactly as you are.

As we move toward the final month of the year, allow this gathering to be an opportunity to reflect on where you've been, reconnect with where you are, and set meaningful intentions for what lies ahead.
