About this event
A slower paced form of vinyasa flow with extended 10 minutes of Sound Healing during Savasana. Excellent class for all levels, including beginners and soon to be Moms. This class combines traditional yoga poses that flow from one to another but are often held longer in duration so as to build awareness of the poses.
